LISA Y. BERICH, RN, BSN, BC Senior Consultant
Lisa Berich’s healthcare background includes clinical nursing positions in several specialty areas, including cardiac intensive care, pediatrics, radiology, and an outpatient cardiovascular specialty practice. She is one of the first RNs in the country to be board certified in Cardiovascular Nursing, and is currently a senior consultant with the Walsh Consulting Group, Inc.
Ms. Berich’s experience includes the following:
- Clinical nurse in cardiac intensive care unit, with extensive experience with patient care equipment, hemodynamic and physiological monitoring systems, and specialty beds.
- Responsible for organizing and opening a new cardiology practice. Independently cared for patients with chronic cardiovascular diseases.
- Participated in planning and procurement for an all new 305,000 S.F. hospital in Wisconsin.
- Budgeting and specification development for multiple departments of large academic medical center projects requiring relocation of existing equipment, as well as building equipment plan for new location.
- Budgeting and specification development for community hospital replacement and renovation projects including inpatient nursing units, intensive care, obstetrics, pharmacy, lab, rehab, fitness gym, respiratory therapy, emergency, radiology, surgery/PACU, central processing, and outpatient clinics.
- Built equipment budget and plan for multi-specialty medical office buildings.
