University of Chicago Medicine (UCM) is planning a relocation of two existing clinics to a consolidated space in downtown Chicago. The project consists of a Ground Floor Immediate Care Center (5,078 sq. ft) as well as a second-floor clinic space (25,868 sq. ft). The second-floor space will include the following clinical areas: Primary Care, Women’s Clinic (OB/GYN), Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Sleep/Pulmonary, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology (GI), Plastics, Dermatology, Rheumatology, Urology, and Sleep Lab.
Walsh’s comprehensive planning services include Specification of New Equipment, Budgeting, Reuse Planning of Existing Equipment, and Revit Equipment Placement drawings.
